What the form collects
Your name, work email, optional company, selected service, message and agreement to handling the enquiry. The service creates an enquiry reference when recording succeeds. A short-lived Cloudflare Turnstile token accompanies the submission for server-side verification.
Please do not submit passwords, access keys, raw logs, customer records or other sensitive business data. A short description is sufficient.
How the information is used
Enquiry details are collected by the self-hosted service to assess your requirements, handle account support where selected and support follow-up. The server attempts an operator-only notification through its local Exim mail service. If that handoff fails, the stored enquiry remains available for operator follow-up and notification retry. Confirmation means your enquiry was recorded, not that a notification was delivered or a response time is guaranteed.
The checkbox is agreement to handling this enquiry, not a marketing opt-in. This website does not add analytics, advertising trackers or browser local-storage or session-storage copies of your message. Unsent details stay only in the current form and can be lost when you leave or reload the page.
Storage and retention
Enquiries are stored privately outside the public website directories, with a 90-day retention period. Retention and deletion are operated on the server; the browser does not enforce them. Operator notifications are private, not public website content.
Abuse controls use keyed hashes of connection addresses and token hashes for rate limiting and single-use verification. Raw Turnstile tokens are not retained. Only provide details appropriate for an initial enquiry; this is not a transfer channel for confidential documents.
Required Cloudflare verification
Cloudflare Turnstile is compulsory for enquiry submission. When verification is available, the browser loads Cloudflare’s widget; the server sends the resulting token to Cloudflare to validate it. Cloudflare processes the token and technical browser and connection information for this check. Your enquiry message is not sent to Cloudflare for verification. The enquiry service does not create a CAPTCHA session cookie or provide a self-hosted CAPTCHA alternative. The Cloudflare disclosure applies to the required third-party verification. If verification is unavailable, submission is disabled; you can retry without clearing the current form.
Questions or data requests
Use the support enquiry route for a privacy question, correction or deletion request. Include your enquiry reference if you have it. Do not include identity documents or passwords. Additional verification may be needed before acting on a request.
